Title: Oh, Happy Day
Post by: MarcWinkman on November 09, 2022, 03:54:44 PM
Wahoo, four more years of the Jennings regime.  Let's see what other unconstitutional and doomed to fail policies she tries to pass off on us.

Bad Day!!!  We will now fall further into socialism, or worse.

Indeed we will.  I would have liked to have seen Julianne Murray get it.  I actually went to law school with her.  She's very bright and would be a whole lot better than what we have now.

Meh...really don't care any longer. I figure I have 20 years tops left on this earth. The younger generation has sealed their fate. If my elderly mother wasn't still alive, I'd be in Idaho.

As a native of 80 years, I have seen this state deteriorate over time.  When I was being fetched up Delaware ranked #6 in the US economy.  The last figures I saw years ago, was we were 36 and dropping.  This election should hasten that decline.  I would move out if all of my family were not here.

I am working to convince my whole family to pack up and move out west together and start fresh.

Son went to school in Savannah.  Wife said if I move that's where it will be.

After the 2020 election I said I was ready to go NOW.  Unfortunately, didn't happen....

I'm under 40 years old, and I'd beat feet out of Delaware to somewhere that's a bit "freer" if it weren't for the fact I'd have to fork out the idiotic cost of another bar exam and attendant licensing costs on top of the move...and there's no guarantee I'd even pass a bar exam anywhere else given that I've basically forgotten everything about corporations law, wills and trusts, tax law, etc.  The only things I've kept current on are the areas that affect criminal law and up until a year ago, personal injury and family law.

Darn, I was ready to put you retainer for my Constitutional violations.  Oh wait, it was not me that violated the Constitution, it was the dems.

I sympathize with you Marc but we need as many constitutional, liberty living lawyers as we can get here.

Thanks for your insightful posts.

Oh, not to worry.  I'm here at least until retirement age...and with the current trend, that age is getting farther and farther away.

Those of us who use Social Security to supplement our other retirement income are getting an 8% raise in January. It's all about planning and priorities. I gave my daughters clear instructions to push my wheelchair in front of a bus when shyting my pants becomes a regular thing. :)
