"Marshall also plans to introduce a firearm licensing law similar to one already in place in New York, he says."
The new 7-round magazine limit in New York State effectively bans ownership of any modern semiautomatic handgun, except for small concealed carry models and the original 1911. Is that what we can look forward to here in Delaware?

Supose you have a semi-auto pistol that does not have a 10 round mag available. If you are forced to get rid of it, isn't that "infringing" upon you right to bare arms, by forcing you to get rid of what you have?
