This from Angela Merkel to the gunless sheep of Europe :
“We believe in the right of everyone to seek his fortune and live, to the respect for the other and tolerance. We know that our free life is stronger than any terrorist. Let’s give the terrorists the answer by living our values confidently. And as we affirm these values throughout Europe. Now more than ever.”
She must have completely lost her mind.
Why don't we just be real nice and bow our heads and let them cut it off. Maybe if we are really really nice to them, maybe just maybe they will kill us quickly. Let's not cause them any offense by fighting back though.
Let's just be nice. And no guns for us please.
With "leaders" like this, we are done for.

This from Loretta Lynch, US AG, commmenting on the Orlando massacre.

That approach can be effective on a neighbor-neighbor basis but only if the violent neighbor has a change of heart. If not, there comes a time when the sword is the appropriate response, e.g., Omar Mateen walking in armed and dangerous.
