If you use the Online Application, (which I highly recommend),
When you arrive at the Office at your "Scheduled Time" you are
already processed. Show the Officer your Delaware Drivers License,
your Delaware Concealed Carry Permit, and your Pennsylvania
Concealed Carry Permit (if you currently have one). Best to have
them in your hand when called to the counter, as this is the first
thing the Officer will want to see.
You will be asked to sign a statement acknowledging that your
Pennsylvania Concealed Carry Permit is contingent on the status
of your Delaware Permit, and you are required to inform the
York County Sherriff's Department of any changes to your
Delaware Permit.
When the Officer hands you your Permit, check it carefully for
accuracy or mistakes. If anything is incorrect, it is like starting
the process from the beginning. It is better to find any errors
before walking away from the counter.
It probably goes without saying, but do not bring your firearm with you.
It isn't allowed in the building. Other things not allowed are,
cell phones, cameras, pagers, radios, compact disk players, any type of
recording device, pepper spray, mace, tools, cutting instruments,
electronic games, food or drink.
