So, Wisconsin does not allow concealed carry but open carry is now legal.  It sounds like the police do not like this new interpretation.  Carrying may be legal but it sounds like it is going to be dangerous to carry until this is straightened out.

I look at it this way its a start towards gaining rights that are well deserved. Maybe this will open up to CC laws being enacted.
