Title: New permit only issued for three years

I received my CCW in February 2013, it expires 5/31/2016. The law states that they are to be valid for five years. Anyone else ever see this?

Initial license is for three years. Renewals will be five years.

Thanks for the reply, I did not read that the initial license was only for three years.
