We look forward to your input and questions!!  Ok, so I'm sure I'm not the only one wondering..   what do you mean you're straddling the border?  Are you a PA resident? Just so you don't get jammed up, DE does NOT honor a PA permit.  http://attorneygeneral.delaware.gov/crime/concealedweapons.shtml
