Title: Nothing posted at the new IMAX in Wilmington...
Post by: oldgraygeek on February 18, 2013, 10:48:53 AM
We went to see A Good Day to Die Hard yesterday at the new Penn Cinema Riverfront IMAX.
Surprise, surprise: not a single sign declaring us unwelcome with our CCDW permits.

Good thing. You wouldn't catch me anywhere in that toilet of a city without a firearm (except the courthouse, of course).

I CC opening night there. Several officers. No issue.  No one knew.

What did you all think of the theatre? Haven't been there yet.

Clean. Big screen. Steep incline seating so none blocks your view. Comfy rocking-ish seats. Same price as regal. Never going to regal again.

It was worth it, and it's a lot easier than driving to King of Prussia. The parking is a bit... scattered.
