Question, for the group will I be legal on the boardwalk down in Rehoboth Beach area or are there any restrictions I should be aware of.

I couldn't find anything but in case I have please the place so I could read it.

Good question.  I always CC in that area.  I'm pretty sure nobody notices with all the other "behavior" there.

Yes, it is legal to carry on the boardwalk.

The only restriction you may run into would be the State Park rule if you went to Cape Henlopen any other state park.

In that there is preemption, if a municipality like Rehoboth were to ban carrying, the law would be illegal.

to the best of my knowledge, Wimlington, Seaford, and the city of Dover are the only towns/cities in delaware that have illegal ordinances that infringe on your right to carry a firearm openly in the state of delaware.

What source are you using to make this statement?  I might be wrong, but I thought Dover was the only municipality with such a limitation.
