I'll check it out, thanks!

I have been looking at all the single-stack 9mms out there, trying to decide on one. They are very popular now and are hard to find.
-
I have been using the S&W M&P Shield 9mm and it is very compact and easy to conceal. Check it out.
-
My PPS has 7 or 8 round 9mm magazines. I would like a 9mm weapon that doesn't print with larger capacity. Still looking.
-
I'd say, just go for the larger gun and not worry about it. The public is CLUELESS!

Ruger SR9C and the FNH FNS 9C are easily concealed I carry my Ruger is my EDC at the moment I am waiting on my holster for my FNH FNS 40C which is the same size as the 9MM

I carry a springfield XDM with a 13 round clip and when warranted I carry my 19 round extenda clip on my mag holder. I have a 3.8 compact and now that it's getting warmer I worry a bit about printing, but you are right, pretty much everyone is clueless anyway.
-
Thinking about a revolver for my next 44 magnum maybe a smith and wesson not sure yet. I do want and FNG AK Pavlic firearms has them for a nice price too. I know that's not a cc gun but hey... Well I guess you could if you wore a trench coat.... Just dreaming... LOL
-
I like the Ruger LCP for a pocket pistol. Not sure how practical it is though.
-
I've always wanted a taurus judge!
-
My EDC is S&W 9mm Shield ;)
I'd consider a Glock 43 or Springfield XDM ;D
-
Still waiting for a single-stack 10mm Glock.
-
I'd probably get another "old school" Springfield XD-9 sub-compact. Not the -M, not the -S. Just the plain "classic" XD. Why? Because they're ergonomically friendly to my hands, conceal well and comfortably, and I already have one, and my wife has one. Stick with what you know, right?
When I CC in PA, I use my XD-9 sub-compact, and carry a 16-round spare mag.

How does your wife like the XD? Thinking on getting one for my wife, she has small hands and can't handle my XDM.

Variety is the spice of life...

I already have the SR9c and it conceals well for me in colder months. I usually use my M&P Bodyguard as EDC in summertime.
The Ruger prints a bit for how I like to carry in summer. I also have a P-64 and it conceals nicely, but it's a bit heavy.
-
I'd stand behind OldGray and his 10mm 😆

I would also. The muzzle blast is impressive.

I'm still looking for a IWB holster for an AR-15.

I'll stand behind you if you find one! Find one that can handle a red dot.
-
While it's not IWB, maybe you can get these guys to modify the Steve McQueen Mare's Leg Holster
http://www.magnolialeatherworks.com/shop/mares-leg-holster-steve-mcqueen
-
I guess walking might be a little difficult though lol
-
I currently carry a glock 36 in alien gear IWB which is very comfortable. I have an LCP for when I need a discreet pocket carry.
Not sure I need any other CC guns but I'd be interested in giving a Sig 239 a go because inline that manual of arms. I already have a 238 but it's a range queen and I am not a fan of carrying locked and cocked with a single action trigger.
-
My EDC is a Ruger SR40c but I would like to get something like the Colt Mustang XSP as a BUG.

got a colt XSP and carry it everyday...Nice firearm...also sell a extended mag for it that fits your pinky..
-
My EDC varies between my G19,G26 and G43. I also have a G42 for pocket or ankle carry when needed. Yes with the proper ammo the 9mm is good enough for me.
-
Agreed on full size handguns! Classic Walther PPQ 9mm 15+1 carried daily and people simply do not notice regardless of what you're wearing. If I want something a bit smaller its the Classic PPS in 9mm 6+1 and an 8rnd spare. My preference in a revolver in the stainless Ruger SP101 2.25" barrel with bobbed hammer chambered in 38spl, 357mag and 9mm. ;D
I'd have to say if I actually wanted to order another it would have to be another Classic PPS in 9mm.
-
Likely an M&P Shield 9mm - with the safety. It seems like the striker-fired descendant of my CS-9.
-
H&k VP9 for me
-
I've been thinking about a P229 in .40 S&W.
-
Sig P320 40C
-
I'm usually happy with a single stack 9 mm.
Prefer an H&K (USP compact, P30SK, P2000SK)
or a Sig Sauer (P225, P239)
or a Glock (G43)
or a S&W wheel gun (xxxxx)
Now I'm thinking a .357 wouldn't be bad.....
-
I doubt I'll buy another. I can only shoot one at a time. Why would I need 6?

6 is more than 5 and a round number. ;D
-
The perfect number of guns to own is "just one more".

Looks like you need a Glock 43 to round out your collection! :D

I do have a 43, I just hadn't updated yet. It's good now :)

I'm not a collector, just a protector.

Nice.

I've been thinking of adding a Beretta Nano (9mm) to the stable mostly for summer carry. The Nano is a single stack with two mags (6 rnd and 8 rnd) The 6 round mag is flush-fit and the 8 round provides the pinky extension. A little smaller and lighter than the SCCY CPX-2 I've been carrying which is a double stack 10 rounder. Add in a Sneaky-Pete pouch type holster. I personally don't find IWB holsters comfortable, so my box full of holsters is all OWB.
-
Been thinking about this for a while, looked at a lot of pistols I don't own and like Radnor said my NEXT gun.
I want a Walther PPQ M2 45ACP.
I like the PPS I own, great 9mm and accurate. I want a 45acp next and Walther is well made. Like the 12 rounds that you don't get in 1911's.
-
If only Walther made their .45 PPQ with the classic paddle mag release.. I'd order 2! :(
-
My PPS has the paddle and thought the PPQ did too. Still want one.
-
... Like the 12 rounds that you don't get in 1911's.
Look at F&N. FNX45 carries 16 rounds of 45.
(Not that I'd know as I dont have any guns)

I'm going to guess you 3 on you right now, plus or minus! :D FNX45? Sounds like a good pistol to raffle. ;)

If you want to see one, I'm sure there will be one at action pistol tonight. Maybe even two.
Or you could reach out to Federal Firearms see if he still has one in stock. Great person
to sit down and talk with. And a great FFL too!
When I get the slide back (night sights being installed) may post a pic.
-
Still want a Colt Detective Special. 38 special 6 shot snub nose wheel gun.

Nice looking handgun. I looked online at a FN FNX-45 (night sights) priced at 1200.00 :o Then the FNH FNX-45 at around 700.00 8) This was at Buds, I use that site and Gander Mountain for reference, and it described the manufacture as "owned by the regional government of Wallonia". Reminds me of the Grand Budapest Hotel. I like a pistol with a hammer - single/double action pistol with a de-cocker safety. I own a Px4 with those features and love it. It is the easiest to field strip of any handgun I own and wonder how the FN operates. It's not a deal breaker, just wondering. Looks similar looking at the "button" in front of the trigger pin. Looks like a really nice shooting pistol. Top shelf.
-
At AP there were 3 FNX(s) there. Ambi everything on them too so if you had to shoot weak hand only.
Monday night 5/16 at AP there will be at least 1 there for you to see. If you come out bring your firearm
and 70 rounds. We're shooting the FBI qual course.
The $1200 one has high night sights and threaded barrel for a can. I've been getting night sights installed
on mine. Last one goes in today for them.
-
Seen some video of that from a good guy who works at X-Ring. May not be exactly the FBI qualifying course but looks like fun.

Real "live" practice looks real. Informative videos.

If all goes well, Smith&Wesson Shield in a 9mm with safety. Love the way she feels in my hands.

Totally agree.

OK Todd, it took 4 pages to get you into your sales pitch, but I knew what was coming. I tried one on for size and am not sure, fingers don't go all the way out. A double stack is bit large!! As you know, I am an old 1911 fan, but carry a S&W 642 in .38+P. It is small, light, easily concealed, and has an excellent trigger out of the box. And yes I know....it only has 5 rnds. There are always trade offs.

Was carrying a Sig 938, great gun, have talked myself out of single action (getting old??) always go back to the Kahr CW9, just feels right all the time am looking at the m&p shield 9mm ported, anyone shot the ported version??
-
You'll find just about everybody thinks their gun is the best. Your job is to find out for yourself what is best for you.
-
Twisted posted something about this monstrosity a while ago but I just saw this video and decided I gotta have one. I have no idea how to CC something like this so "practical police" can chill.
Two pipe 1911.

I've wanted one of those since I first saw them released. Not for carry but simply because ;D
-
