Here a black teen jumped a locked fence in New Orleans at 2am and was in the back year of a white home owner who in turn shot him. The teen appears to have been unarmed, but the home owner said he thought he saw him reaching for something. i am waiting for big al and jesse to show up.

Now what is never discussed but would have 100% prevented this is for the parents to parent. 2Am? He should have been inside or at a friends house not running the streets, especially a place like New orleans.
