No that's not a remake of the movie 9 1/2 Weeks. That's how long it took for my CCW to arrive. Funny too because I was just discussing this with my neighbor the day before (his took between 3 - 6 months and that was many years ago).
He did tell me he "heard" that the judge that signs these will be retiring soon. I just hope his replacement is as good as he is (and quick).
