NCC submission on February 03 2016 and a 12 week turn around time (84 days).
I was told 6 months when I hand delivered to the court. So here is what I did. Not saying this is why I was under 6 months just sharing for knowledge.
1. Took class ( Marino Tactical)
2. News Journal that following Monday
3. Same day set up finger prints Sate Police in Bear (earliest was two weeks out)
4. During those two weeks:
-Printed/completed application.
-got two pictures at Walgreens
-Got my referrals. ( 3 neighbors 3 friends; 3 of them already ccw holders )
-Gave 6 reasons for wanting ccdw
5. Paper clipping came in prior to finger print.
6. Finger print background check
7. Delivered all papers to the courts.
84 days later I received permit in the mail happy as could be.
