Sussex County DECCW
« on: November 03, 2012, 02:53:30 PM »
I have a friend that is starting the process of obtaining a DECCW in Sussex County. I live in Kent County and am wondering what the wait time(from application date) has been lately in Sussex. My friend asked me and I had no idea.  Can I get some comments on that from Sussex recent permit folks? Also if there are any pitfalls for him to be aware of that is pertainent to Sussex applicants?

28 days and I think it is a record... no bribs involved.

I am also in Sussex county and ready to file my permit. I have everything needed and only one line left to fill out; the "reason" line. Here I am having a problem what to put down. Is personal protection enough? The 5 questionnaires I have from friends, they just put they thought was personal protection. Hope that is enough.

You help would be appreciated.
