Didn't know there was such-a-thing.

Not financially -- it would cost a fortune to use -- but my "insurance policy" has an office on King Street, and I can get him on the phone any time of the day or night.

I did not know this.

Are there other companies offering such policies?

Does anyone have experience with type of policy?

I got one through the NRA.  They are not the insurer but they were offering it.  $100 a year, if I remember correctly.  While it may never be necessary, if it is I am sure it'll be worth what it costs!
