Delaware Corporations-Get them to help
« on: April 10, 2013, 02:39:14 AM »
So far, I have found the following firearms related companies that are incorporated in Delaware & pay franchise taxes to the State:

Armalite, LLC
Winchester Repeating Arms Company
U.S. Repeating Arms Company, Inc.
Sturm-Ruger
Colt Defense, LLC
Sigarms, Inc
DPMS Firearms, LLC
Smith & Wesson Corp.
Sako USA, Inc.
Ammunition Wholesalers, Inc
Magtech Ammunition Company, Inc
Calela's Inc.
Sporting Clays Unlimited, Inc
Davidson's Inc
Bushnell, Inc.
Prograde Ammo Group, LLC

Some of these are

There are probably many more. You can search for them using the following state website:

Please contact these companies, ask for their public relations dept. or legal dept.
Let them know about the pending DE legislation. Ask them to call the Governor and tell him they oppose these bills and will need to
consider pulling their corporations or LLC's out Delaware due to the "unfavorable regulatory climate" here. Also suggest that they contact their bankers & ask them to send the same message.  Try to get them to issue an official press release to this effect.

Keeping corporations incorporated in DE is very important to the State. This approach has a very good chance of making an impact.
If you get any replies from the companies, please post them.

Here is the Governors contact info so that you won't need to look it up:

Great idea. You can tell them that NEvada and ( I think Arizona) have pretty good incorporation laws as well. If DE won't play ball they should take their revenue elsewhere.

Hit them in the pocketbook, great play the liberals are great with using ( see naacp boycots of South Carolina, Georgia and Mississippi as well as Arizona sb1070 boycotts)
