I submitted my ccw paper work in person on Dec 8 2020 as of today July 8 2021 7mos. later still have not received my ccw. Called about 1 month ago told was approved won`t be long now. I emailed 2 different people in the Prothonotary`s office this week and no response. Has anyone had any success contacting there state representative? Forgot to mention in New Castle County. Thanks

NCC legislators are not the best for being 2A friendly. Always try.

See, what you have to understand is, that in NCC they don't want you to have a CCW permit to start with. So, they are not going to bust their hump to get it to you.
