I can't seem to find the legal mag capacity for Delaware. If anyone has it please pass it on I would like to read it or tell where to find it, thanks.

Since Rep. Mitchell has been trying for two years to add a §1462 to Title 11 that would limit large-capacity magazines, one can deduce that no limit exists. He thinks that any mag larger than 10 rounds is large capacity.

There is no magazine capacity law or limit in Delaware. Not that some of these mush headed politicians would not like to set some.
This is why we need to be eternally vigelant.
