Just Bill:
I have a friend that finally received his DE after an 8 month wait.  He is looking for a PA lic now.  Where are they being issued now.  So many have stopped or are difficult.

Clarence:
York County.  Apply on line and receive an appointment as to when to show up.  Picture taken and hand over 20 bucks and good to go.  Problem is about a 3 1/2 hr trip each way from south east Sussex County. Hour and 3/4 from New Communist County

SturmRugerSR9:
Wouldn't it be great if the people of Lancaster County would wise up and elect a Republican Sheriff, and he reinstituted the PA. Non-Resident permit again through his office?
Oh well, I can dream can't I?

DelawareGold:
I'll be going to the York Satellite Office on Wednesday.
I have a Lancaster CCW, but I don't believe York considers
it a reissue.
I'll post how I make out. I used the Online application,
and so far it has been fast and easy.

DelawareGold:
Just got home from the York, PA trip.
I can't say enough good things about the York County Sherriff's office.
In and out in five minuets, with a bathroom break!
A couple of things I didn't know...
Even with an existing Lancaster County License, York is a new license,
not a renewal. They took my Lancaster County License, as it was still
active for about 60 more days. You can't have more than one Out of
State Pennsylvania License at a time.
