West Virginia Constitutional Carry

The West Virginia legislatures ( Senate anD House) have both now overridden the Governor's veto and will join 6 other states that will not require a license or permit to carry a concealed firearm.

It was already legal to open carry without a license.

That's great. I heard Bloomkopf and his minions spent a lot of time and $$$$ on stopping this. I hope he spends all his money for nothing.

Yes.  Just like he thought he had bought and paid for the governor of Virginia next door and wound up with universal reciprocity.

In West Virginia he paid for billboards and radio and TV ads.

Same old tired arguments. Blood in the street.  Danger to law enforcement.  Wild West.  OK corral.  Blah blah blah.

As more states are moving to this, it will become more and more difficult to stop.  The experience has been basicly no change. Criminals will still be criminals and law abiding citizens will be law abiding.
