Kansas is going Constitutional Carry
« on: April 03, 2015, 05:04:58 PM »
Looks like Kansas will join Arizona, Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska and Arkansas in allowing concealed and open carry without license.

The old cries of "Wild West," blood in the streets" and "OK Corral" were heard and rejected.

That is great for the people of Kansas and I am very glad for them. We know this will never ever happen here in Delaware   AKA/Liberal Land
