Good. Although, I'm surprised the police didn't try to charge the intended victim with assault, given how some states believe that people should wait and call the police.

I think VA is heading the way of MD and DE, but its not there yet. There are still some conservatives and that is probably why they were not charged. Looks like those boys got more than they bargained for.

Sounds like a 1960s era sea story:
Two Marines took a thief that they caught in the barracks down to the company gunny.
