There have been just a few reports of armed civilians guarding stores and homes. I wonder just how many times this has occurred and the media did not report the fact. I suspect that it has happened more than we know.
-
Gun shop and range owner killed one and drove off three this morning in Philadelphia.

I think you will see more attacks on firearms businesses and known places where a large amount of firearms are kept, including known collectors. Groups like Antifa (funded by George Soros) are hell bent on destroying America and will not let lawlessness stand in their way. Look up their website and read their 10 rules and agenda for racial devide.

According to the news this morning, another showed up at a hospital ER with a gunshot wound. So he killed one and wounded one, YEA!! Oh by the way, the one he killed did point a gun at him.

In California, armed store employees and the owner were arrested while the looters ran away. A journalist on scene even told the cops the looters were running away. brilliant cops still arrested the employees of the store.
-
What else can be said, it is Calif. Bad guys get a pass, good guys w/gun go to jail.

What is the purpose?

Remember in Delaware that if you carry a rifle or shotgun in your vehicle it must be unloaded. This is an old fish and game law. Having a concealed carry license or open carrying the long arm will not absolve you of this.

If you are talking about the riots, their purpose is the overthrow of the Constitution. It has been in process for a long time and is funded by people like George Soros. Officials have noticed patterns in the looting, where one group breaches the building, then another group moves in to do the looting, and a third may set fires.
Just look at what the Democrat party now stands for. They have revolutionaries in the House and possibly the Senate, but surely in the bureaucracies.

I was in Cabela's this afternoon. There were no firearms of any type on display. Just bare racks and empty display cases in that corner of the store. The gun library was barricaded. It looked ominous and depressing.

Very true and important to remember.
I have been told, by someone whom I Trust Completely in such matters, that an unloaded rifle in a bag, with magazines in the bag but not in the rifle, is not a loaded rifle under that statute.
I am not a lawyer. This is not a substitute for legal advice, your mileage may vary, void where prohibited, close cover before striking.
The way things are going, there is a Colt AR-15 and six 40-round mags (thanks, Chris) in a bag in the trunk. I drive an obvious police car (white 2012 Dodge Charger Pursuit with steelies and a spotlight)... if I turn onto the wrong block (en route to fix my Trusted One's computers, for example), that car could be on fire within seconds. I choose to be properly equipped.

like i said in the other post. no way this ends good.
any shop owners, that buy me dinner.. i'll sleep with them. on a duffle bag, in there store.
well, hmmm. sleep next to them? unless alcohol. then its vegas rules..
is there a link to defense funds or email address to california ? need to make a big outcry over that one.

It is ominous and depressing. Please patronize your locally owned gun shops though. Owner operated is best. Gander Mountain/ Cabellas and all corporate entities will knuckle under tyrants quick as hell.
