That ruling was common sense; not just anybody can take your rights away but there has to be a consensus of qualified persons.

Do you consider the Delaware Legislature a consensus of qualified persons?  They seem to find it easy to take away our freedoms/.

and that's a shame.  I just let Lisa Blunt R. have it through an email, pointing out the 100% democrat 0% Sussex County representation she is, and that I regretted voting for her at the beginning, but that mistake will never happen again....told her if she replies with a form letter, to forget it.  we will see.
