Here is another insane story out of NJ:

I agree with the weapons charge because the toy/replica orange tip was painted black. If it had still been orange I'd disagree with the weapons charges. Now, the terroristic threats bit.. Not sure how that fits in. While the story says he approached the women and (warned) them of drug and burglaries nearby it doesn't say he threatened them at all or if he accused them. Simply waving around a gun (toy or not) isn't, or at least shouldn't be, a terroristic threat.

I dislike stories like this where you only get 5% of the actual story. Oh.. And in 8 sentences do we really need to read "police said" 6 times? Gotta love today's top notch journalism!
