Glock 30 , Glock 23, or LC9  all in Aliengear holsters.  Depends on what attire I am wearing. All with spare mags.

Sig P229 in .40 caliber as my primary or S&W Bodyguard .380 when "discretion" is critical (in meetings, etc.)

HK P30 LEM in a Remora.  This holster is very stable and comfortable.  I prefer it over my leather and kydex and it is as convenient as a pocket holster for quick trips and comfortable for all day carry, as well.
