DE is 42 and IL is 41. The "may issue", silencer ban, and "duty to retreat" skew their rankings.
In the summary of DE, says the DE residents "may only obtain long guns from contiguous states". Sounds like they think that we can't buy rifles and shotguns here.
Under the radar, again.
Just a smelly deplorable dreg of society clinging to God and guns.
