Gotta hope the 5 justices from Heller stay on our side on this one. If this one goes the anti gun direction I'm sure the ultra liberal states such as Jersey and California will jump to ban handguns altogeher.

The Heller case involved the issue of whether or not the federal government could ban guns. It does not apply to states. The 2nd Amendment has never been fully incorporated as most of the other amendments have.  This could be big.

A 5 - 4 vote in the SC with the DC ruling is TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.  I get worried any time the courts take a look into the 2nd ammendment.
