Delaware code TITLE 11 Chapter 5 Sec 1441. says" for personal protection, or protection of personal property, or both"

Blaserman, what JoeT quotes is what most on this forum have used, and not had any problems, me included. However some on this forum, who teach training classes, have stated that apps can be kicked back for a "not specific enough reason”.
I would say if you have a good specific reason, use it. Otherwise, use what the DE code states.
