For example, did the DOJ ever contact you or your references? In in just over 3 months and haven't heard a thing in NCC.
Just an add-on to my earlier post.I have United States Veteran ID card from the State of Delaware. A note to other Vets here- This card from the DMV (at no cost) gets you discounts at various stores in Delaware (10% off at Lowes and Home Depot). The DMV used my photo from my driver's license and the info I gave them (my DD-214) for the card. It's the same size and quality as the driver's license. The same method could be adapted to a CCW permit.
Cabelas gives 5% for retired military. May also for eligible veterans. Worth checking
I received mine on the 24th (Wed), i had submitted it just shy of 2 months ago. Not too bad, and the new card is much better.
