License was issued 5 months to the day in New Castle County. Unrestricted. I stopped thinking about it most of the summer but read a few posts from folks who got theirs but applied after me. It really got me wondering but it finally came today.

Welcome aboard!
Remember, it's like a seat belt: you don't wear it because you're expecting something to happen, you wear it just in case it does.

Congrats! Best thing to do is submit and forget. I went on a couple vacations myself. ;D Our wait was 9 months however for both my wife and I. Submitted via overnight mail and 9 months later we received them back together as well.
