Apparently, the decision on the Maryland try for essentially the same thing was ruled unconstitutional.  Don't they read???  Yeah, dumb question.

Of course the appeal / hearing on this will be in April.  I believe by the enbanc 9th circuit Court of Appeals.  Don’t be surprised if the egregious carry ban is back on after that.  The 9th Circus has done this time and time again.

Quick update here on the drugs and guns case, while Judge Norieka ruled on a lot of the Hunter Biden Motions to Dismiss on Friday, the Court took under advisement the arguments pertaining to the constitutionality of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 922(g)(3) criminalizing possession of a firearm and controlled dangerous substance. I'm curious to see how this one shakes out.
