Tried to include a link to this story. Basically a judge held that the requirement for the public to show a "good reason to fear injury" or another "proper reason" to carry the weapon "likely places an unconstitutional burden" on citizens' right to bear arms. If it stands through appeal it might have an effect in Delaware?

Good stuff; I posted it earlier in the NRA/National forum, but hadn't thought about the possible future impact on us in Delaware.

I imaging there are a lot of people on both sides of the issue waiting to see what will happen. It may go all the way to SCOTUS.
