Delaware's constitution trumps our real constitutional rights? Doesn't pass the smell test. God given rights, according to the framers, is now in the hands of the very people they were written to protect us from. I'm pissed.
Can we assume that this will be appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court?
What an uninformed statement by the court: "As for Plaintiffs’ concerns for self defense, the Court observes the need to respond to athreat with a firearm is diminished when firearms are prohibited in the area." Upon what evidence did the court "observe" this truism? I suppose it's based upon the general and universally accepted wisdom that criminals would never bring a firearm to a location where they are prohibited. SMH.
