The passing of a true defender of the Constitution could have dire consequences if the Senate allows Obama's next pick. With a bare and occasional 1 vote margin, his passing could mean the loss of the Second Amendment, as well as the First, 4th and 10th. In other words, most of our freedoms. I would suggest writing our elected officials, but in Delaware that is a waste of time, other than to clutter their mailboxes. So write and clutter the mailboxes of the Republican leadership and remind them how close we are to losing our basic freedoms.
