What day of the week did you get your permit?

 What is the most popular day of the week to get your permit?  Is there a day of the week that they mail them out, or is it random?

I was in New Hampshire when they mailed mine off and it sat in the post office waiting until I returned so the day I picked it up doesn't matter but it was post-marked May 12th ( a Monday) but the cover letter said it was approved on the 9th (a Friday).
This was Kent Co.

Coincidently , I got my DECCW (Kent) in the mail on a Wednesday and went to get my PA. CCWP on a Wednesday also, but about a year apart.

I know you are chomping at the bit now.  

Mine was a Tuesday little over a year ago.  Wife over a month later on a Saturday. I remember that I was out cutting the grass when the postman pulled up. 

I'm sure it won't be long you will get that envelope from the Protonotary's office.  

Probably not on a Monday though.

If you live in Kent County, the mail goes to Wilmington to be "processed". So, if say you live in Camden and the Prothonatary mails if from Dover it will take 2-3 days, to get it in Camden which is only 2-3 miles away.
This is what's known as progress. Probably instituted of by a Progressive.
