Once again. Carry because out of sight out of mind. It is nobody's business that you decided to protect yourself.
Not to beat a dead horse, but was online looking into a Costco membership and came across this:I just wouldn't shop there. Kind of silly to shop at a place that charges you to be a so called "member" that wants to tell you that you can't defend yourself.
What would the legal ramifications be if you were forced to use your gun in self defense in a public place that bans guns?

The signs do not have force of law, so you're not breaking any laws... so, none.
IANAL, YMMV.
Can always take you money to BJ's....

Don't have a Costco in lower slower Delaware. I guess we're just lucky that way.Like it has been said, you might not be able to shop there. There would be no criminal ramifications, but if you were to be sued civilly, and a scum bag lawyer could bring this up to a biased jury, you would be screwed.
Yeah, well, we shop there... same as we shop at the mall, and go to the movies. F*** their signs, they're not scaring us off. We have as much right to be there as anyone else.

They do a household income analysis when scouting new areas, and have previously stated that there wouldn't be any Delmarva Penninsula locations further south than Christiana. But, you're right, we were able to survive before the countless new stores opened in Delaware.Don't have a Costco in lower slower Delaware. What I'm saying is, we don't have a Costco, and you don't miss what you've never had. We will survive without them.
"are you serious?" is with the hard on for Costco ????????? There 's a gun shop in Dover that has posted you can't carry in their building. But that's OK ????
Not according to their web site. From their site, today:
"No one is permitted on the premises with loaded firearms except on the firing range. The only exception is for law enforcement agents in uniform and/or on duty."
