anyone know of a newspaper that will cover the 19713 zip code?

Newark Post or New Castle Weekly

pretty sure but not 100%

Just used Newark Post and I live in 19713. I asked the lady to make sure it had circulation of 35% and she said yes. The cost was $42 and they mail you a affidavit after they post your ad. Hope this helps
