Mentioned as exempt fro high cap mags
And assult weapons? As a ccw holder for
We have lived to higher standard. Me myself for

Police are reactive it is citizens who are the
True first responders give ccw carriers

If I recall a national law (or presidential order) was signed by Pres. Bush after Sept 11th to allow all retired police officers, in good standing, to carry concealed.  I do know that Delaware requires an application and license just the same.

This may just be an offshoot from that effort.

Is it HB218?  20 yrs of service.  I believe they must re-qualify to keep it.  GOD only knows what the quals are...

I believe it's called the LEOSA Act. My buddy has his CCW through it. Must qualify his weapon annually.  Here's the best part, his permit is good for all 50 States. I told him people would pay thousands for that kind of permit.
