That's his opinion. He's another gun grabber. And I'm sure he doesn't take into account that 15 to 24 years olds are also behaving like criminals which leads them to get shot by police and law-abiding gun owners.

He's a lawyer from PA.   I would like to see how and where he gets his statistics.   Maybe Chicago or other major cities.  drugs & gangs
