renewal process

I was wondering if in the renewal process do you have to get the forms signed by 5 residents and put the add in the paper as well?

Nope. Just the form, the photos, and the fee.

They will notarize it at the Prothonotaries Office. Do not sign the application in advance. It has to be signed in the presence of the Notary.
