I know this is an old topic, but for those in Sussex, I wanted to pass along my 100% positive experience with American Responder Services. They have a Facebook page and the class was held at the Milton VFW and a nearby private range. The owner, Ron, is a retired DSP Trooper, who had been in charge of the agency's firearms training unit. He just opened a store in West Rehoboth.
