Title: Ship a pistol out of state
Post by: MarkB on February 17, 2017, 02:56:33 AM
If I sell a pistol to another person out of state on the web (Gunbroker), I know I must send the pistol to a FFL only for transfer to the buyer.  In Delaware, do I have to use a FFL to ship the pistol or can I ship it directly to the receiving FFL by carrier (Fedex or UPS)?

I think it depends who you're shipping to. Some dealers will not accept guns shipped from private individuals. I've shipped mine through Federal Firearms.

you can ship it yourself but you will find that it would probably be cheaper if i ship it for you...
