I called the Kent County Prothonotary's number and the lady that answered the phone pulled my file and gave me the information she had. I turned both my wife's and my own applications in on the same day. The wife's was in hand in 90 days while mine took 142 days.

Almost seems like calling them is making some peoples apps take longer.

Eh, I don't know about that. Mine came shortly after I called.

Try roughly 240 Days! Yes just over 8 months! You haven't begun to feel the pain yet  ;D

I shipped both of ours in via USPS or UPS overnight with signature requirement as proof. This was the day after the violent shooting in NCC courthouse at 8am. Only time in my life I was thankful for waking up with a migraine and staying in bed! We'd have been there when the shooting happened in not.

It was beginning of Feb we shipped and it was Sept when we got ours in the mail together the same day. None of our references had been called.
