Carrying in Philly..

I'm a DE resident with a CCW. I also have a PA Non-Resident CCW. Can I carry in Philly?

PA LTCF is good throughout the entire state...including Philly.

Thanks Guys.... I saw that Hawkeye... THAT is why we all carry. Too bad that guy didn't have a weapon. Sure would have been justified.
