Title: 3rd Shooting in 3 Days in Dover

Gee -

Thing there is any coincidence that the area with the toughest gun regulations has had 3 shootings in 3 days?  I understand that the regulations there don't have an impact on CCDW holders - but I still think there is a link to regulation and crime!
