Title: Some CCW Questions
Post by: Toast on March 13, 2011, 09:52:44 AM
I currently live in CA, and may be moving to Delaware temporarily. I was surprised to read how difficult it is to get a resident CCW in DE, unfortunately it's the same in California at the moment. If I live and work in Delaware (Kent county) for less then a year, could I still use a Utah or Florida ccw? I know that most out of state ccws aren't accepted as a resident, but if I'm within the time it takes to become a resident would that work?

If you are a resident of delaware you must have a delaware conceal carry no questions asked!!!
It took 4 months to get mine. I just received it on saturday.;

If you are not chaning your home of residence then your Utah permit would still work.  However if you become a Delaware resident then you will need to get a Delaware Permit.  Just my opinion.
