I'm asking or my father, who is a PA resident.
Does anyone know of a good CCW class for PA residents? Supposedly, from what my dad told me, all PA residents have to do is just fill out a form, get a few signatures, and turn it into the county courthouse. So he's started that process with help of his township sheriff.
I know TargetMaster has classes, but are there any others that people know of in the Chester County area?
Thanks.

No class requiered... If I am not mistaken this is why there is no Recip with PA and DE.

They do not have to get signatures either. The references on the application are no longer required either. $20 and they even take the picture.

As other have said, no class required.
If he wants a class, ours covers the Delaware requirements 1441a-j. Will not issue him a Delaware certificate
but we will issue a certificate that AZ or FL will accept. BOTH Delaware honors for NON-RESIDENTS. If he's
interested in AZ, we'll even roll his finger prints. If he goes with FL, he must get LEO to roll the prints.
