My guess is it won't go anywhere since we are in a 2 year legislative stalemate between congress and the president, but at least it's still on the radar. My wallet is tearing at the seams from all the cards
You'd think if one state had a more stringent licensing program they could automatically use it in a state that isn't as strict. But you have weird ones like Nebraska that don't offer non- resident licensing unless your military and stationed there, don't have reciprocity with delaware even though the process is similar, but would accept a Virginia permit that I could obtain by mail that would take less effort than the delaware licensing. It's asinine

They blew their chance in 2017 with Republican controlled House, Senate and White House. Bill had passed the House, but RINO McConnell would not release it for a vote in the Senate.

McConnell was anti-Trump . Trump is gone.

c'mon man...you don't really expect Joe to sign that???
-
He never would.
It's another one of those pieces of legislation that keeps getting thrown in every new session like the other side keeps throwing in Federal bans. Throwing stuff against the wall to see what sticks just to show they still stand "for something". It's like a rocking chair; fun to do but it doesn't get you anywhere. What ends up happening is slipping this stuff in through omnibus or spending bills.
At this point with how the ATF works im surprised they don't just come out with more new "rules" or definitions on their own to replace all gun legislating. Imagine if they decided that any ammunition that requires ignition via firing pin has the potential to be fired in an automatic weapon therefore the ammunition becomes subject to NFA, essentially making it only legit in their eyes to own muzzle loaders. Unless, of course, you pay that tax that automatically makes it harmless to others

I don't expect anything good from any Democrat. Thier agenda is to destroy America, as it has been in the past. They have been working on it for over 100 years.

Correct and He had passed the Senate previously under Obama. With democratic support.
