I live just below the Kent border, in lovely Sussex County. Been CC for about 6 years now. Never had any problems or trouble. Getting back into shooting more, have several pistols and one shotgun. It's a crazy world and I like to have the option of protection.

Crazy and getting worse. Doesn't matter if your rural or in the city. Rural just means it takes longer for the cops to get there. One word, heroin. Drugs are bad enough but the young criminals today have zero respect for human life. Welcome to the forum. I have several handguns and a 12 gauge! My next gun is an AR platform.

Hello from up north. Crazy and getting worse indeed. It's sad to think of how much things have changed in my area from when I was growing up.

Thanks, everyone!
I do agree that drugs are a major epidemic, not just here but everywhere.

Welcome aboard. Sadly the world is getting crazier, and we have to do whatever it takes to protect our families.
Stay safe!

Hello and welcome. I too straddle the Sussex/kent county line on the Kent side. I prefer saying Slower Lower to reflect the slower pace of life down here. Lower Slower sounds more like a out-of-stater putdown. At least to me. Those folks who sell the LSD stickers to tourists would argue the point, I imagine. ;D
